Rwanda is a country of promise and on the rise in Sub-Saharan Africa, with lots of opportunities in renewable, infrastructure, manufacturing, industrialisation, tourism and mining, to mention but a few. Rwanda is eclipsing many of their East & Central African neighbors and is on the fast-track to become one of Africa’s most promising economies of the next decade.

We have worked hard to create and cultivate high-level, relevant, effective and efficient relationships with companies that matter in Rwanda, and whose companies have far-reaching networks in the public and private sectors in Rwanda, allowing us to receive and collaborate on priority national government projects in the Republic of Rwanda in areas of infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, housing and renewable energy.

Our partners in Rwanda, Reinsurance Brokerage Solutions (RBS) is the first reinsurance brokering company in Rwanda. The directors and management comprise competent professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in the reinsurance broking, corporate management and business consulting fields.

The organization is headed by CEO, Dr. Ben Karenzi & Deputy, Annette Karenzi, whose illustrious careers speak for themselves;

Dr. Ben Karenzi

Dr. Ben Karenzi has served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministries of Finance and Economic Planning and Health (5 years) of the Republic of Rwanda. He has also served as an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary for another 5 years. He also led Rwanda Military Hospital as Director General for a period of 5 years.

Annette Karenzi

Mrs Karenzi has a passion for private sector development. She run her own private businesses for over 10 years before joining the Government as a Director General in charge of Industry and SMEs in the Ministry Trade and Industry. She has experience in building public private partnerships aimed at developing workable polices for the private sector growth. During her tenure as Director General in the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Annette spearheaded the “Made in Rwanda” policy and campaign.
